Its Thursday at 1220 Denver time.....
Wish I loved shoes. Don't like wearing them, have a hard time finding ones that are comfortable and just don't like spending money on them. Gald they make you happy, though!

George - there are sooo many people these days needing a job, so if this guy doesn't want to work, well...do what you have to do. Good documentation though so you don't get in trouble!
Annette - 912 pounds! I think boots are much better than scales any day...throw them away!
I am up early today...waiting for the sun to come up so that I can go to the gym. Why? well I just don't want to get out yet. It is cold here and they are expecting more freezing rain this weekend.
I plan to come back home and do an English assignment. I truly do not care to return to school for this RN degree. As an LPN they pay me well, I have money in savings, pay my bills and travel when I want to...but the hospital wants me to and I will have to work at least 10 more years, sooo...I will work on my assignment when I get back from the gym
Planning out my meals while I work on a protein shake and checking out the boards..
Have a great day everyone!

I went back to my Bariatric surgeon and asked about the ROSE procedure. He told me that not only does OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Programme) NOT cover this procedure even though it DOES cover my RnY, it would cost me about $18,000.00 IF I could find someone to do it.
He also said that the ROSE Procedure is still experimental and not approved here in Canada and that it does NOT work as so many people seem to think it does.
Needlesstosay, U was very disappointed....then again, I do not have the $18 grand anyway! *s*

Annette ,Nice pair of boots. Just remember to take them off when you weigh yourself.

George, It must be tough dealing with all kinds of personalities and their problems.
Carla, I hate the red eye too. Good luck...
Nothing too much going on here. My son has a job intervies through a temp agency on Monday. Driving tow motors. He has done this before. Hopefully he will get hired.
His girlfriend and him are stopping over Sunday for the game. I forgot it was this Sunday to tell you the truth. I guess I will take the Saints. No flames please..lol
My dad is doing better. He is going to Greektown to gamble on Friday and then in March to Vegas. Nothing will keep him down now.
Up early again, drinking coffee and trying to figure out what to do today. Since I have been watching hoarders on Discovery, I have been throwing stuff out. I don't want to be like that.. It really is a bad illness. Anyone watch it?
I love to watch the discovery channel, they have so many things on it that are interesting. They have something called intervention. It really is good too. I had to stop watching the medical and ER shows because my dog has a nervous break down over the beeping. Bummer.. I liked those shows too.
Well... Have a great day and I will check in later to see how everyone else is doing.
I am on my way. What a ride it has been.

Good morning Carla and OFF,
It's really cold outside. Before surgery, I wore tee-shirts all winter since I felt so warm all the time. Now, I need a nose warmer - lol
I've been feeling a bit restless this past week, not sure why, but feel like I can't concentrate on one thing long enough. Has anyone else ever felt like this? I guess it's the time of the year.
Not too much happening here other than a big snow storm is supposed to hit tomorrow afternoon, we'll see.
Well, I'm off to get my coffee and then start work. No stats this morning, so I've been surfing the Internet for the last hour - lol - have a great Thursday everyone.
Debbie
I'm just like you. I haven't worn just a t-shirt since September! Yesterday my hands were so cold in the house Gary told me to put gloves on. I said my nose was cold too and he didn't have a suggestion for that! :)
I've been restless too. I don't feel like doing much, but I don't want to do nothing. Doesn't really make sense. This morning I got up from my chair and went into the bathroom, took everything out and washed the floor. My next project is putting the coating on the shower doors. It's something like rain-ex, but a protect-ant that I bought at the store we got the doors at. It's a pain to do, but really helps keep the water spots down, and lasts a pretty long time.
Have fun on the Internet. Gary is crabbing that I spend too much time on here anymore. Since he retired he's really cramping my style! :)
